Dear friends and marine biology enthusiasts…

Dear Friends and marine biology enthusiasts,

It is my great pleasure to present, with little fanfare, my exciting contribution to the field of marine biology. I am an avowed follower of the study of marine life. Not only do I own box sets of “The Blue Planet” and “Planet Earth” on Digital Video Disc, I have also watched the documentaries contained on said discs upwards of three times.

Recently, I embarked on an expedition to the aquatic sciences hub of Las Vegas, Nevada in The United States. While perusing one of the city’s many displays of aquatic life (“aquariums”) I came upon a creature most remarkable.

In all my years of study, through countless hours of research via David Attenborough documentaries, never had I seen such a remarkably adorable sprite as the one you are about to behold.

The creature, roughly 6-8 inches in length, with a volume similar to that of a junior-sized honey baked ham, was like no specimen I have ever encountered. The cuddly widdle fins, the moon-sized cartoon eyes, the yellow coloration. “Surely,” I exclaimed, “This must be the legendary Pikachu Of The Sea!”
